We want you to say "heck, yeah!" when you get something from Mindful Grit. For that reason, we are happy to process returns in the scenarios outlined below. In all cases, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of your receipt, be unused and in the original state in which it was received. All safety seal must remain intact.
Note: return and exchange shipping is at your expense, unless we originally shipped you the wrong item. If you are shipping a return order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You received the wrong item or it was damaged
Our bad! We try our best to prevent this from happening, but if it does, thanks in advance for taking a deep breath with us while we make it right. Send us an email at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Info about the order - is it the wrong item? Or was it damaged, and where is the damage?
- Photo of the item you received. If the item was damaged, be sure to clearly show the damaged area in your photo.
Once we've confirmed what you should have received, we'll get the correct item out to you as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
If you receive a damaged item, there's no need to send it back. As long as we can clearly see the damages in the photo you provide, we'll send you a replacement at no cost.
You changed your mind
Decisions. Second-guessing. It comes with the territory when you're shopping. For most items*, we will happily accept your return and refund you the cost of your original order (excluding shipping). Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information and we'll give you instructions on how to send us your return.
- Your name
- Ordern number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the item you received
Once we receive your return in the mail, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show up on your account after we've submitted it.
*Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, the items listed below are not eligible for refund, even if they are unused:
- Face masks
- Sleep masks
- Therapy packs (ex. eye and/or neck)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company (or bank) as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Your shipment was returned to sender (us)
You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable mailing address when you check out. If your order is returned by the shipping carrier as a result of an inaccurate or undeliverable address, we will automatically process a return in the form of store credit for the amount your order (excluding shipping). The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an offer code and will only be valid for one year.
