Return Policy

As we are going out of business, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless you received a damaged product.

You received a damaged item

Our bad! We try our best to prevent this from happening, but if it does, thanks in advance for taking a deep breath with us while we make it right. Send us an email at with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Info about the order - which product(s) were damaged and where is the damage?
  • Photo of the damaged item. Be sure to clearly show the damaged area in your photo.

Once we've confirmed the damage, we'll get a new item out to you as soon as possible, at no cost to you. The replacement of the damaged item is contingent upon having the same item in inventory. In the event that we no longer have that item in inventory, we will process a refund to your original form of payment.

There's no need to send the damaged product back. 



Your shipment was returned to sender (us)

You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable mailing address when you check out. If your order is returned by the shipping carrier as a result of an inaccurate or undeliverable address, we will automatically process a return to your original form of payment (excluding shipping).
